The Worship Arts at POCC covers many areas of ministry:
We have our Music Ministry which focuses on our Sunday morning services, bell choir and the musical portions of our Easter and Christmas celebrations. On Sundays, we have three services at 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00. All three of our services have full praise band and Worship Team. Our praise band currently consists of keyboard, acoustic, electric, bass, piano, drums, djembe, and shakers.
We also have a Drama Ministry which shares skits throughout the year in our services, as well as participating in the drama portions of our Christmas and Easter celebrations. The skits shared during our services are shared live and via video.
Our Audio/Visual Ministry also plays a vital role in our services; by running our sound, lighting, video, projection, and ProPresenter.
The goal of each of these Ministries is the same; to bring you to a place where you may continue your worship of God and come to know Him better.
Youth Ministry
My name is Adam Sarwi, I am the youth pastor here and I would like to take a moment and share with you about our youth program.
We call ourselves "Not From Concentrate" because we are the real thing, at least that is our aim. We are a group of young people that are all on different places on our journey with Christ. Some of us have known him our whole lives, while some of us may not even know him yet but are intrigued enough to come check it out. As the youth pastor that is what is the most encouraging to see. Our youth care about the rest of the world that do not know Christ and desire to see them come to know the love and grace that only Christ can offer.
Why does Not From Concentrate exist? Our goal is to be motivated by the love of Christ to serve in the name of Christ.
I pray that you come see how God is moving here, but more than that I pray that someone has reached out to you and sparked your curiosity, faith, or desire for forgiveness. Port Orange Christian and Not From Concentrate (NFC) is a place where you can find Christ and a family to serve him with.
If you would like to see what NFC is doing a link to our meeting times and what goes on, click here.
Men's Ministry
We have a very active Men's Ministry, FisherMen. They are gearing up for a new monthly bible study where the goal is to grow deeper with their walk with Christ. They strive to be better Christians, better men, better husbands, better fathers, better friends, better employees and just better in general.
They have monthly Men's Breakfasts, which gives everyone a chance to talk and get to know each other better. They host Bar-B-Que's, bon fires, Fishing Tournaments and so much more. Also, Later this summer they will be starting a monthly men's bible study. For dates and times of their events, click here. We would love for you to come and check out one of our events.
Women's Ministry

Port Groups: A place where you can refuel your heart, reconnect with God, & restore relationships.
Our Port Groups are designed to provide an environment where you can come into contact with God and His love, as it is expressed in an intimate setting with old & new friends alike. The groups will be designed to stay small enough to provide connection and confidentiality, but large enough to provide a wide array of experiences and opinions. Lessons will be focused on the growth and strengthening of each individual’s spiritual foundation. Some Port Groups will have topical studies, while others will study a particular book of the Bible. Some of these groups will be meeting on campus, while others will be meeting in homes throughout this community. No matter which Port Group you choose, all of our Port Groups will be a place of encouragement and comfort as each of us face the challenges and opportunities in our daily lives. We strongly encourage all who attend Port Orange Christian Church to get plugged into a Port Group. If you are interested and would like more information be sure to e-mail info@portorangechristian.org for details and assistance in finding a Port Group for you.

Port Orange Christian Church is a church that seeks to witness to the world and our community through various gifts and talents that are represented by our body of believers. We desire to see people changed through a deep and meaningful relationship with Christ, so we seek new and exciting ways to introduce people to the life that Christ has intended for them.We do this through different events throughout the year including: Outreach events, prayer walks, and various servant evangelism methods. We have been encouraged throughout the life of this church by the warm reception that we have experienced at all of our previous Outreach events ie. Golf tournaments and Port Orange Family Days.I hope that you will consider what gifts God has given you that you may use to glorify Him and spread His Gospel.
POCC missions support local, State, National and International missions. With our prayers, finances and personal connection, we partner with them as they serve the world to reach those who don't know Christ our savior.
We desire to make the congregation aware of what God is doing through us. Our Monies come from 10% of the church general fund and money the congregation designates to specific missions.
